Sense of Place ·
Looks at the functional role of an ecosystem within it’s macro-setting of cultural, political, social, technological, economic & environmental influences, as well as the influences on a micro-level.
Habitat and Niche state/space graphs can be used to see how a setting of cultural, political, social, technological, economic and environmental factors will influence your ecosystem overall (macro), and how micro-settings can influence specific outcomes for each actor within the ecosystem.
Examine the multiple possibilities by placing your ecosystem into each of the four alternate quadrants, within each macro-setting to explore alternative evolving futures. Examine the micro-possibilities by placing micro-setting state/space graphs over each of your actors. Alternative realities can be explored by moving your actors into the alternate quadrants.
